A transverse and two longitudinal images from an abdominal ultrasound from the first day of life show a large mass filling much of the abdomen, measuring 7 x 9 x 9 cm in size that is inferior to and separate from the liver. The mass was mildly heterogeneous. A right kidney was not identified.
