Etiology/Pathophysiology:
Due to abscence of the tricuspid valve. This leads to an interatrial
right to left shunt, usually through a patent foramen ovale. It is
classified by the presence or abscence of TGA, pulmonary stenosis,
and VSD. The most common form is associated with pulmonary stenosis,
and a VSD with a hypoplastic right ventricle.
Pathology:
Not applicable
Imaging Findings:
In the most common form the pulmonary vasculature is decreased and
the pulmonary arterial segment is decreased and the heart size is
usually normal.
