Etiology/Pathophysiology:
The right lower lobe infiltrate causes diaphragmatic irritation with
the referred pain extending into the right lower quadrant.

Not applicable
Imaging Findings:
Right lower lobe infiltrate. Evaluation of the child with acute
abdominal pain should always include a chest radiograph.
