The patient was a 10 year old female who had a 2 week history of fatigue and progressive dyspnea on exertion.
Clinical Physical Exam:
Clinical Differential Diagnosis:
A chest film showed an anterior mediastinal mass and a large right pleural effusion. A chest CT exam showed the mass to be solid.

Imaging Differential Diagnosis:
Lymphoma, leukemia, teratoma
A percutaneous biopsy was performed.
Pathological examination of the biopsy specimen showed findings typical of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, lymphoblastic type.

Follow-up and Prognosis:
The patient had an uncomplicated post-biopsy course.
