Axial images from an unenhanced CT scan from the first day of life with soft tissue and bone windows demonstrates a large mass which extended via a thin stalk from the nasal bones. The nasal bones at the level of the stalk were not opposed. The mass is heterogeneous having foci of soft tissue, calcification, and possibly fat. There was no intracranial extension.
