Imaging Findings:
An anterior mediastinal mass that does not displace or compromise the
trachea. The thymus decreases in size by 1-3 years old, and by 4
years old only 2% of patients demonstrate it on a chest film, but it
is usually seen on CT of the chest in patients less than 20 years
old.
