Transient Tachypnea of the Newborn - usually has non homogeneous pulmonary opacities, a normal lung volume and may have pleural fluid.
Neonatal pneumonia - usually has non homogeneous pulmonary opacities, may have pleural fluid, has a normal lung volume.
Meconium Aspiration - usually has nodular patchy non homogeneous densities and may have pleural effusions and an increased lung volume.
